We provide our members with a vast selection of state-of-the-art equipment including Plate Loaded Hammer strength machines, new extensive rack of synthetic-plated free weights, and over fifty different types of strength and Cardio.

Koona Dance


Koona Dance is a high intensity workout that generally involves listening to music while performing dance moves.

Boot-Camp Outdoor


Boot-Camp Outdoor is an intense timely workout which involves interval routine insane activities. Which targets everybody muscle for toning shredding and leaning of muscles. Every body part is exercised.

Indoor Cycling (Bumpy Ride)


Our spinning indoor cycling program is a comprehensive health and fitness model with a spinning Instructor who helps train, instruct and motivate the spinning class. Spinning is a cardio working set to blood pumping music.

Aerobics Class

Spinning


Spin city is a 45minute class that targets the largest muscle group(calves, hamstrings and thigh's) in your legs to shape up fast,whilst strengthening the abdominal muscle's.spinning classes include both endurance and cardiovascular training,heart health is one of the most obvious benefit's of spinning for knee joints just don't miss out it out.

Tabata


Tabata strength workout is an advanced high intensity interval workout that will challenge every muscle in your body tough,whole body exercises,tabata workouts can involve weights or consist of body weights movement's only it can burn a whooping of 13.5 in a minute and double a person's metabolic rate in 30minute afterward.

Full Body Workout


Spin & Full Body Workout is a high intensity workout that generally involves doing cardio set to blood pumping music.

Zumba


Paradise Fitness City is the only fitness center that has several of weekly Zumba classes. The Zumba studio is laid with sleek maple hardwood floor, serene and large sunlight-streaming windows to help members unwind while getting an excellent workout. Mats and props are provided.

Kick Boxing


Kickboxing is a group of stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching, historically developed from karate mixed with boxing. Kickboxing is practiced for self-defense, general fitness, or as a contact sport. At Paradise we believe everyone should be able to defend themselves and keep fit.
